Head of English in a private school in Ciudad de Buenos Aires. Materials designer and presenter in seminars and courses all over the country. Her research interests are oriented to bilingual education and discourse analysis.
Teachers with little or no experience in teaching FCE level.
- Introduce participants to the Cambridge FCE level requirements.
- Explain assessment and papers for the new version of the exam.
- Discussion of tasks and model answers.
- Identify problem areas and discuss possible classroom strategies for successful student preparation.
- Allow time for question and answer period.
- Introduction to FCE level and task types.
- Suggestions for classroom activities.
- Presentation followed by hands-on activities by the participants, solving tasks and sharing experiences and suggestions.
- FCE sample test for December 2008.
