- Main features of the genre: magic, science fiction, detective, thriller.
- Discuss elements of mise-an-scène, the use of the camera, sound effects, voice-over narration, narrative structure, focalization.

The facilitator will give a brief introduction to the main features of the show. She will show it in class in chunks to explain the elements listed above. Participants will work on episode 5 in class.
