- To provide training and support for ESSARP middle leaders and the next generation of school leaders.
- To provide the opportunity for ESSARP School Heads to share their knowledge, experience and expertise with fellow ESSARP educators and the next generation of school leaders.
- To provide insight and knowledge on key issues that will affect and drive teaching and learning in the 21st Century and how these challenges can be met and managed at ESSARP schools.
- To create a network of support for middle leaders so that they can learn from shared experiences with colleagues in similar institutions.
- To provide the opportunity for ESSARP School Heads to share their knowledge, experience and expertise with fellow ESSARP educators and the next generation of school leaders.
