Tutor in: Sociology, Democratic Politics and the State, Foreign Policy Analysis, International Political Theory, International Political Economy for the career of International Relations - University of London-International Programme. IGCSE; A-S/A. Level History Teacher at Sworn Junior College since 1990.
Prospective A-S History teachers.
- To introduce the structure and requirements of the A-S History syllabus.
- The aim of this informative meeting is to make teachers, who are not acquainted with the A-S History Exam and would like to prepare it, get knowledge and understanding of the exam, the organisation and content.
The session will consist in:
• Exposition and discussion of syllabus and content area focus.
• Past examination papers.
• Textbooks.
• Skills.
• Options.
• Positive achievement.
There will be time to make questions and clarify doubts by the end of the session.
NB: This is an Introductory course, specially organised for teachers who have very little or no experience preparing this exam. Basic concepts will be discussed. Teachers who have some experience preparing this exam are advised not to attend this course as these will be future sessions in which more specific details of the exam will be developed.
