Teachers planning to start teaching English at IGCSE Level. Headteachers or Heads of Departments wishing to consider adopting this exam
• To acquaint prospective teachers of English Language at IGCSE Level with the
Examinations Aims and Content.
• To provide the necessary information and share experience concerning the preparation of
these exams.

Basic concepts will be discussed. Teachers who have some experience preparing these exams
are advised not to attend this course as there will be future sessions in which more
specific details of the exams will be developed.
NB: This is an introductory course, specially organised for teachers who have very little or no experience preparing these exams.
