- Understand aims and main objectives of the subject. - Analyse syllabus' main topics and planning. - Link with EGB3 and Polimodal. - Analyse assessment objectives. - Share science lab work to enrich methodology. - Analysis of bibliography. - Link with AICE.
This session will examine the skills and knowledge required to sit for IGCSE Physics. There will be a special consideration in planning for instruction and in finding the link with EGB3 and Polimodal. Criteria for selecting labwork will be analysed. Different ways of evaluating. Advantages of IGCSE teaching at schools. Criteria for choosing bibliography. Methodology: Lecture, group participation, small group work, and video presentation.
