Head of Geography at Belgrano Day School. Head of Social Studies at St. Mark's School. In 2002 worked with Universidad Nacional del Sur on estuaries and oceanography. Foot was the first researcher and teacher selected from South America by the American Meteorological Society to participate in the Maury Project. This Project aims at integrating teachers and researchers, providing up-to-date information and class activities on Oceanography and Climatology. In July 1999, R.H. Foot participated in EWOC 99 "Education: Weather, Oceans and Climate" in Ballarat and Melbourne, Australia. He presented a research paper on Sea Level at this conference.
