IGCSE History teacher preparing Paper 2.
To practice paper 2 so as to understand its demands more specifically.
This year's prescribed topic: "The decline and collapse of Soviet communism in Eastern Europe".
We will look at the demands of this paper and work on a specific example prepared for this workshop. Teachers will be asked to answer the questions and mark their own answers as a means of learning first hand the characteristics of this paper. The material may be later used as a Mock Exam in the respective schools.
