- Narrative Writing. Writing in "genre". Detective Fiction. Romance. Horror. Biography.
- Dramatic Monologues - Script Writing - Descriptive Writing - Creating mood and atmosphere.
- Contrast - Creative Writing - "Open" Titles - Assessment - Markschemes - Prep.work.

- Focus on Section 2: Discursive and Argumentative Writing.
- Discursive and Argumentative Essays for AS English - Speech Writing - Letter Writing.
- Persuasive Writing - Articles and reviews - Assessment - Markschemes - Prep work.
