Alejandra Alliende

Alejandra Alliende is a graduate Teacher of English from ISP Dr. Joaquin V. Gonzalez. She also graduated as an Actress from Escuela Metropolitana de Arte Dramático de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires. She is a bilingual storyteller and performs in book fairs, storytelling festivals, theatres and schools. She has work experience as a teacher, storyteller, speaker and as a workshop facilitator. She belongs to Red Internacional de Cuentacuentos and she is a co-founder of Casa Cuna Cuenteros.

- To show, share, make and analyse different minibooks that can be used for written production such as: layered books, flap books, accordion books, pop-up books, four corner books, petal books, etc.
- To help and encourage written production by using different layouts.
- In this workshop participants will make and try out different minibooks that can be used in written production.
- Participants will make SIMPLE minibooks and will create their own cardboard lapbook.
Participants should bring: coloured paper (preferably "block el nene"), glue, ruler, pencil and a pair of scissors.
