She is a British-trained teacher who has taught in London, the Caribbean and Argentina. Her teaching and management experience is wide and includes all areas of school. As a freelance educator, she has lectured on various educational issues and has developed teacher-training modules for use in local bilingual schools.

To give heads the opportunity of looking at everyday situations in school as well as formulating a policy of confidence and trust between school and parent community.
Morning session: Accountability and setting up good communications in school.
Afternoon session: Looking at everyday problems, techniques for avoiding conflict and facing problem parents.
Looking first into the background of the role of parents in school and school policy which encourages good communication. Through discussion move onto everyday situations (case studies) which can be investigated followed by a search for positive parent/school relationships through sharing of group experiences.
