- Workplace factors that affect hiring and retention and how to overcome them.
Methodology: Two 2 - hour sessions that focus on the latest theories of human resources and retention management and how these can be applied to work in an educational environment. Each session includes a variety of activities, testimonials and practical solutions to keep talented teachers from leaving.
