- Discuss the importance of teaching literary elements (plot, conflict, theme, setting, etc.) at an early age.
- Appreciate the value of modeling and practicing strategies.
- Analyse and evaluate a variety of activities.
- Adapt activities to their class.
- Design activities.
- Literary elements.
- Comprehension strategies.
- Critical thinking.
- Wordless books and picture books.
Workshop: Given a background, participants will discuss and apply concepts.
