During this workshop David will be unpacking the key strategic ideas from his two keynote presentations at the ESSARP Conference into a practical framework for school improvement. As part of the workshop, David will present a series of frameworks for school improvement and tools that leaders and teachers can use to ensure deep implementation and consistency of practice that impact on the learning of all their students. There will be three sessions that focus on:
