The presenters hold teaching degrees and post graduate studies in Education from the universities of Bath and Essex, UK. They were trained on Differentiated Instruction at the ASCD Annual Conferences in New Orleans, Orlando, San Antonio, San Francisco and Philadelphia, USA, where they attended courses and lectures by distinguished authors such as C. A. Tomlinson, C. Coil, N. Smith, C. Strickland and D. Heacox. They delivered workshops in several bilingual schools in Buenos Aires, sharing their theoretical knowledge and practical expertise on differentiated strategies. They presented at the ASCD Annual Conferences in 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012 and they continue to implement differentiation in their daily practice.
