Leonor Corradi is a graduate teacher and holds an MSc. in Education (Surrey University). She teaches Didactics at IES en Lenguas Vivas Juan R. Fernández and ISP Dr. Joaquín V. González. Coordinator of plurilingual schools of CABA, presenter at national and international conferences, she is the author of the Curriculum for Foreign Languages for CABA (English). She is an ELT writer. At present, she is teaching blind people as part of a new project.

This presentation will focus on the educational value of teaching English by focusing on:
- The way methods and approaches have influenced language teaching.
- The need move from teaching to educating through English.
- Examples to show how teachers can work towards educating learners.
