Susana Giordano

Susan Giordano is currently a consultant in educational and organizational matters. She has 30 years' experience as an educator. She holds a University degree in Human Resources and a post graduate in Coaching. She has attended several seminars and institutes at Harvard and Tufts University led by David Perkins, Howard Gardner, Art Costa and Robert Schwartz. She deepened her executive coaching expertise with Peter Senge, Beth Jandernoa, Robert Kegan, and Lisa Lahey. One of her strengths is helping leaders and leadership teams gain alignment and develop collaborative relationships. Susan and Irene design and run workshops and lectures on Leadership, Change, Communication and Building Shared Visions. They also coach both individuals and groups on these topics.

Derek Pringle

Derek Pringle is a graduate of the Universities of Leeds and London. He moved to Peru in 1983 to be Head of History at Colegio San Silvestre in Lima and from 1988 became Headmaster of Hiram Bingham in the same city. After 19 years there, Derek moved to be Head of Redland School in Santiago, Chile and from February 2009, he is the Headmaster of St George´s, Quilmes. He has been President of the Foreign Schools Association of Lima, President of the Latin American Heads Conference, Vice President of the World Heads Council of the International Baccalaureate. He continues to teach IB History and is an IB examiner.

Gabriel F. Rshaid

Gabriel Rshaid is cofounder and Director of The Learnerspace, author of six books on the future of learning, and has contributed to numerous articles and other books. He has delivered workshops and presentations on educational technologies worldwide and has led numerous professional development offerings both online and in person.

- To provide training and support for ESSARP leaders and the next generation of school leaders.
- To give an opportunity to ESSARP Members to share their knowledge, experience and expertise with fellow ESSARP educators and the next generation of school leaders.
- To provide insight and knowledge on key issues that will affect and drive teaching and learning in the 21st Century and how these challenges can be met and managed at ESSARP schools.
- To create a network of support for school leaders so that they can learn from shared experiences with colleagues in similar institutions.
